Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between the User and the Nyme Chat Service operator (web app and Android/iOS apps).

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1.1. The Service is for users aged 18+ only. Access may be terminated if a minor is detected.

1.2. You must comply with these Terms and applicable law.

1.3. Do not disclose your device identifier; we are not responsible for losses due to lost access.

1.4. Report unauthorized access immediately to support@nyme.chat.

1.5. Advertising, spam, and fraud are prohibited without written consent.

1.6. Transactions and purchases through the Service are prohibited; you are responsible for consequences.

1.7. Prohibited content includes: child/sexual content; violence/terrorism; insults, threats, defamation; hate and extremism; instructions for crimes or fraud; content inciting conflicts.

1.8. Do not impersonate another person or organization.

1.9. Do not distribute content that infringes others’ honor or dignity.

1.10. You are fully responsible for your behavior and posted information.

1.11. Do not publish photos or personal data of others without consent.

1.12. Content is for personal, non‑commercial use only.

1.13. Commercial copying/distribution requires written permission.

1.14. Do not create derivative products/services based on the Service without permission.

1.15. Do not use prohibited software, bots, or automation for gain or disruption.

2.1. We may remove or block accounts/content violating the Terms without prior notice.

2.2. For violations, access may be limited or permanently terminated.

2.3. We may modify Service content and functionality at our discretion.

2.4. We are not responsible for ISP failures or events beyond our control.

2.5. We are not responsible for damage from following external links.

2.6. We are not liable to third parties or Users for unintentional harm, data loss, or reputational damage arising from use of the Service.

2.7. We may collect technical information about software and devices to provide support, updates, improvements and other purposes.

2.8. We may deny access to any User without providing reasons.

3.1. Adults 18+ only.

3.2. The Service is provided free of charge for personal use.

3.3. You are fully responsible for your actions, information, and interactions.

3.4. You may use the Service anonymously or by providing basic information (age, country, gender).

3.5. Partner search uses the parameters you specify.

4.1. Complaints are processed using AI analysis and human review.

4.2. You may block or report another user at any time.

4.3. The chat ends immediately when a complaint is filed.

4.4. Sanctions (within 24h): 1‑4 complaints — warning; 5+ — 24‑hour ban; repeated violations — 7/30‑day or permanent bans; critical violations — permanent ban and notice to law enforcement.

4.5. You may appeal a decision via support@nyme.chat.

5.1. On first use, a random UUID is generated and stored locally.

5.2. It is used for session management, abuse detection, and sanctions.

5.3. It is not shared with other users or third parties without consent.

5.4. Reinstalling the app generates a new identifier.

Voice 1×1 (WebRTC, encrypted); Text 1×1; Group chat (up to 3 participants, invite code); Cross‑country search with age ranges 18‑24, 25‑32, 33+.

7.1. Third parties may be engaged to perform obligations under these Terms.

7.2. The User guarantees no spam and no harm to other users or right holders.

7.3. If damage is caused by violating the Terms, the User shall fully compensate losses.

7.4. If the User fails to report account compromise, they are responsible for actions taken on their behalf.

7.5. The User is responsible for their actions under the law of their country.

7.6. The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or quality.

8.1. Personal information (device ID, search parameters, and other personal data) is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8.2. We do not edit the User’s profile without written consent.

9.1. We are not obliged to monitor and block violating content but we may do so.

9.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts at the location of the Administration.

9.3. Disputes are resolved by negotiations; if no agreement is reached — in court.

9.4. The Terms take effect upon your acceptance and/or use of the Service.

9.5. We may unilaterally change the Terms. If you object, email support@nyme.chat within 3 days.

By clicking 'Continue', you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

10.1. The Service is strictly prohibited for persons under 18.

10.2. We actively combat child sexual content and exploitation.

10.3. Upon detection, the user is removed and law enforcement notified.
