Introduction
We do not tolerate child sexual exploitation in any form and remove materials depicting physical harm to children to prevent normalization of violence.
This Policy protects minors from sexual and physical abuse and from psychological harm caused by the circulation of such materials.
“Children” and “minors” mean persons under 18 years old.
1. Child sexual exploitation
Any content depicting or promoting child sexual exploitation is prohibited — including real materials, text, illustrations, and AI‑generated content.
Interacting with such content re‑victimizes children and exposes them to severe risk of harm.
Prohibited: sexual content involving minors; sexual comments about minors; links to CSE sites; fantasies/promotion; publishing victims’ names/photos; normalizing attraction to minors; sending sexual materials to children; soliciting such materials; promoting child prostitution/trafficking; blackmail/extortion.
Limited exceptions
Discussions without promotion or victim identification; survivors sharing their stories without sexual details; outreach for those seeking help; human‑rights materials without links to exploitative resources.
Penalties
Immediate and permanent account suspension in most cases.
Reporting to NCMEC and competent authorities.
In certain cases — removal requests with suspension upon repeated violations.
2. Content depicting physical harm to children
We remove most such content even when posted for awareness or condemnation.
We assess: the child’s state of undress; severity of harm; whether the context is abusive, non‑abusive, or news reporting.
Prohibited: content with naked children or harming children; content posted in abusive contexts; content depicting moderate/severe harm.
Limited exceptions
Materials intended to identify and rescue a child from abuse; content shared by news organizations.
Penalties
Applying content warnings; removal requests with read‑only mode; account suspension for repeated violations.
3. Content depicting fights between minors
We protect minors’ well‑being regardless of their role (victim or aggressor).
We assess: abusive vs non‑abusive context; whether a complaint was filed by the minor/their representative; whether the content is excessively graphic.
Exception: content shared by news organizations.
Penalties
Removal on complaint by a minor/their representative; read‑only mode; account suspension for repeated violations.
