我们非常重视您的隐私。本政策说明Nyme Chat接收哪些信息、如何使用以及您享有的权利。

1. 我们不收集的内容
无需注册——我们不会索取姓名、邮箱、手机号或社交账号。
不要求或存储头像照片。
语音通话与聊天内容不会在我们的服务器上录音/存储。
2. 匿名会话标识
首次启动时会在本地生成并保存随机设备标识（UUID）。
用于管理临时会话、识别滥用、处理投诉并对违规者实施封禁。
UUID不揭示您的身份，也不会与其他用户共享。
3. 使用过程中收集的数据
When searching for a partner, you may provide: country, age, gender (optional), preferred partner gender and age ranges.
Security metadata: connection and disconnect timestamps, IP (for rate‑limiting and protection, not identity), User‑Agent, WebRTC status, number of complaints.
The IP address is used only for protection against abuse and is not used for user geolocation.
4. 投诉与审核
提交投诉时，我们会记录：投诉人ID、被投诉人ID、原因与时间戳。
我们不存储会话内容或音频流。
投诉通过AI与人工复核处理。24小时内5次及以上投诉→封禁24小时；严重违规→永久封禁。
AI 审核的决定将接受人工复核。

5. 年龄限制与未成年人保护
6. 安全与加密
语音通话（WebRTC）为端到端加密；我们无法访问通话内容。
文本消息通过安全的WSS传输，仅在会话期间短暂保存。
技术日志短期保留（最长7天）。传输采用HTTPS/WSS（TLS 1.3）。
我们会定期审计安全与加密策略。
国际数据传输
在必要时基于标准合同条款（SCC），数据可能被国际传输至位于美国的服务器。
7. 向第三方共享与外部服务
在公司合并/出售等情形、与服务提供商（邮件、数据库、托管）、关联公司、以及依法依规的政府请求下，可能共享数据。
Cloudflare Turnstile：用于机器人校验的IP。
Firebase（Google）：分析、错误日志、性能指标。
8. Marketing tracking
Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) may be used for targeting, where permitted.
Advertising identifiers are used only with your permission (App Tracking Transparency).
Behavioral data may be sent to Firebase and analytics platforms to improve the product and advertising.
You can disable ad identifiers in your device settings.
9. Your rights
Right to erasure: email support@nyme.chat — we will delete data within 30 days (subject to legal exceptions).
Right of access: request a copy of information we hold about you.
Right to challenge moderation outcomes: submit an appeal with justification.
Right to restrict processing: You can request the restriction of processing of your data by sending a request to support@nyme.chat.
Right to data portability: You can request the portability of your data by sending a request to support@nyme.chat.
Regional rights (GDPR/CCPA/LGPD, etc.) are honored based on your jurisdiction.
10. 数据使用方式
用于管理会话与连接、预防滥用、执行封禁、提升匹配效果与排查技术问题。
在符合法律的前提下，营销标识与分析用于个性化与效果评估。
11. 适用范围排除
本政策不适用于在本服务之外收集的数据，亦不适用于用户自愿在公共区域发布的信息。
12. 数据保护
我们采取合理措施防止数据丢失、未授权访问与披露。由于互联网与电子邮件并非完全安全，请自行谨慎使用。
13. 数据删除
自动：会话元数据—最长48小时；投诉计数—24小时后；技术日志—7天后；TURN数据—会话结束后立即删除。
手动：发送请求至support@nyme.chat。对严重违规的制裁不予撤销。
14. 政策更新
我们可能随时更新本政策，并就重大变更予以通知。继续使用即表示接受新版本。
